The company's impact focus is on rural smallholder female farmers engaged in the cultivation of fruits and vegetables.
Alex Kodwiw, is a Chemical Engineer by profession with a 10-year industrial working experience from Unilever. His experiences span food product and packaging development as well as marketing of consumer goods. He emerged as one of the top ten winners of a business plan competition held by the Enablis Foundation in 2011. In 2015, Accenture in partnership with the Tony Elumelu Foundation selected him as one of the winners of the maiden edition of its entrepreneurship programme. He emerged again as one of the best 10 business operators in the UKAID funded programme, ENGINE, 2018 cohort. He is responsible for strategic planning, innovation, and overall responsibility for operational execution. His business interests include food processing, innovation and process management.
